Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation canceled with a minimum six ( 6 ) hours notice prior to the pick up time. Refunds usually show to your account within 30 days.

We will not refund payments if cancellation occurs within 6 hours of pick up time or if the traveling party elects not to appear for a pickup (a no show).

There is a $4.00 processing fee for each leg of a reservation that is canceled at any time after booking and prior to six (6) hours before the pickup time. In the event that the reservation is canceled after six hours prior to the pickup time, the cancellation charge will continue to be the full fare of the reservation.

GoSedan and Executive Class Town Car Baggage Policy

GoSedan Luggage Rules
Go Sedan allows a total of three (3)pieces of checked baggage and a total of (1) carry-on per person for all sedan pickups. Executive town car, and limousine pickups allow a total of four (4) pieces of checked baggage and a total of (1) carry-on per person. A total of five (5) pieces of checked baggage and a total of (1) carry-on per person are allowed for SUV pickups. Go Sedan will not accept any baggage beyond these limits. Checked baggage includes most commercially available luggage and moderate sized boxes.

Golf bags are counted as two pieces of luggage.

More than the maxium allowed number of checked bags may require a service upgrade to an exclusive van from our partner company - Prime Time Shuttle.

No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage.

Pets must be transported in a pet carrier. If the pet carrier is small enough to be carried on the passenger's lap it will count as a carry-on and may be taken on a Go Sedan. Larger pets in pet carriers will require an exclusive van.

Surfboards, will require an exclusive van. Body-boards, etc. that are four (4) feet in length or less can be taken on a Go Sedan if it will fit in the trunk additionally, these items count as one piece of luggage. Boards over four (4) feet in length require an exclusive van.

Snow skis will require an exclusive van.

 

*On Time Guarantee

For transportation from your home, office or hotel to the airport, Go Sedan will pick you up on time or you ride free. This guarantee applies only to pickups from your home or office. This guarantee does not apply to pickups at the airport, downtown train/bus terminals, cruise ship piers and schools.

You must make your reservation no later than 6:00PM, Pacific Time, the night before the service to qualify for this guarantee.

"On Time" includes a 15 minute grace period that we allow for unexpected traffic and safety. We also ask that you be ready for a pick up 15 minutes prior to your reservation. This 30 minute window is necessary to accommodate the delays which may arrise from picking up passengers from multiple locations.

This guarantee may be suspended, in the interest of safety, during certain weather conditions and other situations where safety may be compromised.

Your safety is our number one priority.

**Special note for holiday travelers: Due to increased traffic during the holidays, our on time guarantee is not in effect for five days prior to or following a major holiday event such Thanksgiving or Christmas. However, we still guarantee that you will be on time for your flight if your reservation is booked no later than 6:00 PM, Pacific Time, the night before the service.

 

Limousine, SUV & Sedan Service Special Conditions

  1. All deposits are NON refundable.
  2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet / seat tear or stain that cannot be removed with soap and water. Sanitation fee is $250.00.
  4. Alcohol Consumption by passengers under 21 years of age is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client's).
  5. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
  6. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
  7. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
  8. Company is not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather conditions. (i.e.. rain, flooding and accidents, etc.).
  9. Company is not responsible for articles left in the vehicles.
  10. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
  11. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
